| 摘 要： | 情感智能（EQ）是当代大学生为适应竞争激烈的社会环境所必需具备的一项基本素质。章从加强学生间的团结合作，提高学生对学习内容的关注程度、学生主体作用的发挥，教材的合理选择以及传播媒介的充分利用等5个方面，提出了在体育教学过程中培养与提高学生EQ的方法和途径。
