| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济制度的逐步完善，当代大学生的思想不断交化，出现了一些新情况、新问题，应当引起高校基层党组织的重视。高校党建工作应实施“凝聚力工程”，发挥党员模范带头作用，切实加强党组织建设，提高大学生思想素质。
