| 摘 要： | 20世纪社会主义建设经历了一个高潮与低潮、成功与挫折的曲折发展历程。通过对杜会主义建设的成功经验和失败教训进行认真剖析和总结，可以探索出社会主义建设的基本规律。进行社会主义建设必须解决好以下四个方面的问题：(1)关于社会主义建设的指导思想问题；(2)关于社会主义建设的道路和动力同题;(3)关于社会主义建设的发展战略问题;(4)关于社会主义建设的条件同题。解决好这些同题对于21世纪社会主义建设具有重大的理论意义和现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | Socialist construction in the 20th century has undergone a winding course of development which involved high tide and low tide,success and frustration. Through careful analysis and summary of success experiences and failure lessons,we can find out some principal law of socialist construction. In my opinion, four aspects must be dealt with perfectly in socialist construstion: (1)the direct ideology of socialist construction; (2)the road and motive of socialist construction; (3)the development strategy of socialist construction; (4)the conditions of socialist construction. It has great theoretical and practical directive significance for the socialist construction in the 21th century to have dealt well with these aspects. |
