| 摘 要： | 本针对建筑工程招投标中的“最低价中标”可能出理的问题，论述了产生此问题的原因。并从明确概念、发挥造价师的作用、资格预审及引入风险管理四方面提出了实行“最低价中标”原则的一些观点和建议。
