| Abstract: | The career guidance of vocational colleges is a complex system project.Making good use of the system theory methods,the career guidance center of vocational colleges should take the principle of the integrity and the hierarchy as a guide to implement the full process of career guidance;the quality of employment should be effectively improved based on the principle of openness of the system. |
