| Abstract: | The article dictated the developing characters of the cartoon industry in Wuhan city circle,and analyzed the key factors to restrain the further development of the cartoon industry at present from the following aspects of the creative concept,the running capital and the industry location,put forwards some improving measures of regular management and building the characters correspondingly. |
