| 摘 要： | ＂五四运动＂后,苏中地区的近代报刊事业无论是从其数量,还是从其质量上而言,皆有明显的进步,出现了发展的＂黄金期＂,其势头延续到抗战全面爆发的前夕。其发展具有区域性的特征,也受时代因素影响。

| Abstract: | After the May 4th Movement,modernization of newspaper and periodical had gigantic development in Central region of Jiangsu Province.The tidal current developing last till the eve fighting the invading army breaking out all round.Its development has the regional characteristics and has been influenced by the times. |
