企业家与企业文化建设

摘    要:随着知识经济的到来,企业之间的竞争已变成了企业家和企业文化之间的竞争,企业家倡导和培植企业文化应该从以下三个方面着手:一是企业家要突破商品经营、资本经营的旧框框,提升为以文化经营、文化竞争的新思路;二是企业文化以人为本,使企业文化建设具有广泛的群众基础;三是企业必须以顾客是否满意作为企业文化成功与否的标志,给商品注入文化含量,以提高顾客的满意度。

Abstract:Abstract : The competition between enterprises has become the competition between entrepreneurs and enterprise culture along with the knowledge economy. The author thinks that to initiate and foster enterpise culture, entrepreneurs should start with the following three aspects. First, entrepreneurs must break through the convention of commodity management and capital mangement and develope a new thinking of culture management and competition. Second, enterprise culture should take people as its foundation and enable the enterprise culture building to have broad mass basis. Thrid, enterprise must take the cutomers' satisfation as the sign of success scored in enterprise culture, and should pour more culture into commodity so as to make customers more satisfied.
