| 摘 要： | 本文考虑到自动化加工对断屑效果及切屑形态的特殊要求,从切屑材料本构关系出发,在产生连续带状屑的条件下,根据所建立新的切屑折断准则,设计了一种卷屑槽型,使切屑能顺利进入之,并进行第二次变形而折断。

| Abstract: | In this article, a scrap reeling slot type is designed considering the special requirementof the automatic processing for scrap breaking effects and scrap form, frown the relation-ship of scraps to nature and structure, under the condition of continuous and banded scrapcutting, and according to the newly established norm of scrap breaking so that scrap cut-ting can be smoothly made to enter the slot and the second deformation and breaking beconducted. |
