| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,运用现代系统科学的耗散结构理论,论证了竞技能力系统能量流是一个由稳定-失稳态-新稳态的周而复始的过程。从耗散结构与平衡结构、超量恢复学说与适应学说及其拓展等方面对平衡与稳态进行了辨析,旨在提高体育运动整体效益、运动员竞技水平与青少年体能锻炼。
