| 摘 要： | 先进政党是时代精神的代表,也是推动时代前进的领导力量。中国共产党在当代的先进性就是要不断解决好提高党的领导水平和执政水平、提高拒腐防变和抵御风险能力两大历史性课题,党的先进性还必须体现到又快又好的科学发展中去。
