| 摘 要： | 在中小企业集群下,企业能够更好地进行价格、供求等方面的信息共享,进行更加细化和有效的分工,进而形成稳定的定价和利润分配机制,共享收益。同时,企业能够较好地利用关系信任、信息对称等优势进行有效的内部管理。但是,此类企业具有技术水平不高、技术创新缓慢的特点,这些将不利于企业和集群的长久发展。

| Abstract: | In the cluster of medium and small-sized enterprise,enterprise can better share information,such as price,supply and demand and so on,divide the work more carefully and efficiently.Then the enterprises will form steady mechanism about making a price and distribute the profit,and share the income.Besides,the enterprise can better utilize the advantage of the relation of trust and information symmetry,realize effective interior management.But these enterprises have some characteristics of relatively low technology level and slow technology innovation,which will work against the development of enterprises and cluster for long. |
