摘    要:完善高校教师质量评价方法对提高教师的教学水平和教学积极性具有重要意义。传统的评价方法以定性和简单算术运算分析为主,带有较强的主观片面性。可拓学是用形式化模型研究事物拓展的可能性和开拓创新的规律与方法,并用于解决矛盾问题的科学。教学质量评价指标的多样性和由单指标给出的评价结果的不相容性,符合可拓学解决矛盾问题的基本原则。利用可拓学理论和方法建立的高校教师教学质量评价物元模型,能在事先没有人为设计指标权重的基础上,通过关联函数和关联度,反应评价单元的归属程度以及评价等级值,较好地解决指标权重与主观片面性问题,为高校教师教学质量评价提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:It is significant to improve evaluation methods on teaching quality in univeristies in order to enhance teachers’ teaching level and teaching enthusiasm. The traditional evulation methods mainly depends on qualitative methods and simple arithmetic analysis, which consequently give rise to subjectivity. Extenics is a new subject which solves contradictory problems. It studies the extensive possibility of things and the rules and methods of exploitation and innovation with formalized model. The incompatibility, caused by the diversity of teaching quality evaluation index and evaluation results of single indicator, is consistent with the foundamental principle of extenics which is applied to solving problems. Through correlation function and correlation degree, the matter-element model of teaching quality evalution on university teachers, based on theory and methods of extenics, can reflect belonging degree of evaluation unit and its evaluation grade value, without artificial design of index weight in advance. The model can effectively solve the problem of index weight and subjectivity, and offer a new alternative to teaching quality evalution on university teachers.
