| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、化解城乡矛盾、有效解决“三农”问题的根本举措，其战略制定的科学与否直接决定着城乡统筹能否切实有效实现。从重庆市统筹城乡发展战略出发，分析总结其设计思路，为广东省城乡统筹战略制定提供一定的参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | The fundamental measures of coordinating urban and rural development fully implement the scientific concept of development,resolve the conflicts between urban and rural areas,and effectively solve the"Sangnong" problems.Whether the strategy is scientific will directly determine the realization of the urban and rural development.This article,starting from the strategy of Chongqing urban and rural development,analyzes and summarizes the pattern,and provides a reference for Guangdong Province. |
