| 摘 要： | 推进国民经济和社会信息化的核心任务，是开发利用信息资源。对信息资源进行定量测度，正确衡量信息资源发展的规模与程度，判断信息资源发展现状的优势与不足是政府进行信息化建设，制定信息化发展战略的基础。本研究通过构建信息资源丰裕度评价指标，对2001—2006年间宁夏地区和全国信息资源发展水平进行了测度和比较，深入分析了宁夏地区信息资源开发和利用中存在的一系列问题，并针对这些问题，提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Exploiting and utilizing information resource are core activities to promote national economic and social development. To measure information resource, estimate the development scale of information resource, and judge the advantage and shortage of the information development are basis for the govenment to develop strategies of informationization. This paper constructed the information resource Affluent coefficient measure indicators and evaluated the development level in Ningxia and whole country from 2001 to 2006. It also deeply analysed the problems met in exploring and utilizing infonnation resouwce in Ningxia and proposed correspondent suggestions. |
