| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在学校的教学辅助地位决定了图书馆员在学校的尴尬地位，文章就从高校图书馆如何做好科技查新等科研支持工作着手，提升其服务的知识技术含量，改变图书馆员只是从事低技术含量工作的形象，从而提高高校图书馆在学校的地位。
