摘    要:秦皇岛旅游人力资源开发是其提高旅游业核心竞争力的基本途径。本文在分析秦皇岛旅游业人才资源的状况的基础上,对秦皇岛旅游人才队伍建设进行规划,同时提出应在人才流动、人才管理、人才引进机制等方面予以创新,并加强秦皇岛旅游领导队伍的建设,做好旅游高层次人才培养、紧缺人才的开发工作,提高旅游从业人员的整体素质。

Abstract:Qinhuangdao tourism human-resource development is the basic way to improve the core competitiveness of the tourism industry. Based on the analysis of the situation of human resources in Qinhuangdao tourism, this paper gives a planning on how to build tourism personnel. At the same time it suggests innovation in the areas of the flow of talent, talent management and talent introduction and so on, strengthening the building of tourism leaders, improving the training of high-level personnel and the development of talent deficient and improving the overall quality of tourism employees.
