| 摘 要： | 文章在多次调查基层公安单位以及基层森林公安单位的基础上,结合目前基层公安民警,特别是基层森林公安民警的执法环境,提出了建立公安院校"短兵"技术体系模式的设想,这对公安院校"短兵"教学训练的规范化、科学化,提高民警执法战斗水平无疑具有重要的现实意义。文章就构建技术体系模式的指导思想;"短兵"技术体系的基本框架;技术的判定、评价指标等三个方面的问题进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper put forwards the concept of developing the "short-weapon" technical system model in Police College or Institution based on the investigation into public units and the forest police unit, also combined their law enforcement environment. This concept is essential to the standardization and scientific in the training of "short-weapon" in police institutes and improve the capacity of the policemen's law enforcement. This paper makes a preliminary exploration on three aspects that is the guiding ideology of establishing the model of technology system; the basic framework of "short-weapon" technology system; the assessment and evaluation index of technique. |
