| 摘 要： | 金融风暴是由美国次贷危机引发，而根源又来自美国社会制度、金融政策的种种弊端、监管的缺失以及非理性的“透支消费”悖阵论等诸多方面，其中制度问题是关键所在，构建完善、严密的制度是风险防范的最有效措施。

| Abstract: | Sub-prime loans crisis is an important cause of financial crisis in America.And the root cause is from American social system,disadvantages of financial policy,lackness of supervision,and non-rational overdraft consumption paradox.And the key efficient measure is to establish a more strict and better system to avoid financial crisis. |
