| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、观察法、对比法对广东省第四届体育教育专业学生基本功大赛进行分析。结果表明;本届大赛项目设置更全面,专项技能所占的权重值最高,包含的内容最多,奖励办法更凸显人性化、具有很好的激励作用。通过对比赛成绩的对比分析了解各学校的整体实力和水平,找到各队的优势与不足,为各学校的人才培养和办学理念进行参考和借鉴。针对存在的问题提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the fourth basic skills competition of students majoring in physical education in Guangdong Province by means of literature review,observation and comparison.The results show that:this competition project setting is more comprehensive,the weight value of special skills is the highest,and the content is the most.The reward method is more humanized with good incentive effect.Through the comparative analysis of competition results,we can understand the overall strength and level of each school,find out the advantages and disadvantages of each team,and provide reference for the talent training and school running concept of each school.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. |
