摘    要:在疫情防控期间,各高校开展了大规模的线上教学,虽然这一过程客观上能加速教育的信息化进程,但也受到高校及教师对在线教学改革应对的影响。文章在理性经济人和风险中立的假设下,建立高校教学管理者、教师和学生等三方博弈关系,分析教学管理者与教师的行为选择及其动因。研究结果表明:在完全信息结构下,教学管理者和教师都愿意付出努力,积极参与在线教学改革,实现整个社会福利最大化;在不完全信息结构下,推动教师参与在线教学改革的因素是情感型和利益型内生动力、任务激励和监管效应,教学管理干预在教师从在线教学改革中所获得的比较效用为负时更有效。因此,推动"线上教学"改革首先应树立符合时代发展的"互联网+教育"理念,同时通过建立在线教育方式下的反馈机制、多层次激励机制和在线教学支持体系,进一步激发在线教育改革的内在动力。

Abstract:During the epidemic prevention and control,colleges and universities all over China have prepared and carried out large-scale online teaching in a short time,which has objectively accelerated the development of education informatization,but also affected by the response of universities and teachers to online teaching reform.Under the assumption of rational economic man and risk neutrality,this paper establishes a tripartitegame relationship among teaching managers,teachers and students,and analyzes the action selection and motivation of teaching managers and teachers on online teaching reform.The results show that under the complete information structure,both teaching managers and teachers are willing to make efforts to actively participate in online teaching reform to maximize the overall social welfare.Under the complete information structure,the factors that drive teachers to participate in online teaching reform are emotional and interest-based endogenous motivation,task incentive and regulatory effect,and teaching management intervention is more effective when the comparative effectiveness obtained by teachers from online teaching reform is negative.Therefore,to promote the development of"online teaching",we should set up the concept of"Internet plus education"which is in line with the development of the times.At the same time,we can further stimulate the internal motivation of online education by establishing feedback mechanism,multi-level incentive mechanism and online teaching support system under the online education mode.
