| 摘 要： | 在东京奥运会备战周期里,传统摔跤强国俄罗斯、美国、日本等受到来自多国的挑战,我国的备战形势更加严峻。本文在分析2019年摔跤世锦赛情况的基础上,重点研究摔跤项目的国际发展趋势,归纳出以下几个特点:(1)专项体能是关键,女子比赛趋于男性化;(2)进攻型打法受推崇,保守求稳难取胜;(3)综合科技保障效果显著,赛期保障办法多;(4)增减体重更加科学,更改级别越来越普遍;(5)体重级别不断调整,更有利于欧美高大选手。因此建议我国找准夺金点,精准定制专项体能训练方案,在综合保障、心理建设等方面做细做实,争取东京奥运会在女子中、小级别夺金,在男女大级别站上领奖台。

| Abstract: | During the period of preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games,traditional wrestling powers like Russia,USA and Japan face challenges from many countries. Under this background,Chinese wrestling team faces great challenge as well. On the basis of analyzing the results of 2019 World Wrestling Championships,the development trends of international wrestling are researched as follows. Firstly,because of the masculinization of women wrestlers,it is important to improve performance training. Secondly,more wrestlers use offensive strategies because conservative wrestlers hardly win the competition. Thirdly,the effect of comprehensive technology service is large. Fourthly,wrestlers more scientifically gain or lose weight than before and it is common for wrestlers to change their weight categories. Fifthly,European and American tall wrestlers get advantages due to the adjustment of weight categories. Therefore,it is suggested that Chinese national team should learn from other countries,find gold medal events,develop performance training plans,and pay more attention to comprehensive technology services and psychological construction,in order to win gold medals of women light and middle weight categories and medals of superior weight categories in the Tokyo Olympic Games. |
