| 摘 要： | 富布赖特作为美国著名的政治家,其外交思想具有非常丰富的内容,具体体现在积极推动国际文化教育交流计划的实施以及《富布赖特法案》的通过;在核时代转变思维方式,放弃冷战思维,反对对外干涉,加强对外经济援助等方面,这些外交思想影响了美国外交政策的局部调整。

| Abstract: | Fulbright was known as the American renowned statesman,whose diplomatic thought has the extremely rich contents,including actively promoting the exchange of international culture and education and the adopting of "Fulbright Act";Changing the mode of thinking in nuclear era and giving up the Cold War mentality;Objecting to interfering to the outside;strengthening the foreign economic aid.These diplomatic thoughts have influenced the partial readjustment of the American foreign policy. |
