| Abstract: | The article makes a study of the application of the quality management (TQM) in academic libraries from the angle of management science, that is, the planning and designing of "readers oriented" in the libraries of vocational and technical colleges. Standards, requirements and norms should be unified, leadership and controlling process of management strengthened, documents filed, participation of all staffs required, all records emphasized and management quantified, etc.. |
