| 摘 要： | 目前，小企业已成为我国经济发展中的重要力量，但融资难一直是制约其发展的关键因素．如何解决这一难题是我国金融市场领域的一个重要课题．通过对小企业融资难的内部和外部原因进行分析，提出了解决小企业融资难问题的对策，包括建立小企业融资机构、完善小企业融资担保制度、加大对中小企业融资支持力度、探索制度创新等．
