| 摘 要： | 以北京市2234名中小学生家长为样本,研究考察了公众对中小学教师满意度的总体状况及不同背景的公众对教师的满意度。结果表明:(1)从整体上看,公众对北京市中小学教师的满意度比较高,对教师的满意度由高到低依次为师生关系、教育教学与学生课外学习;(2)教育质量越好的学校,公众对教师的满意度越高,但在不同学段表现出差异;(3)公众的受教育程度越高,其对教师教育教学的满意度越低,但因学生的学习成绩不同而表现出差异。对于学习成绩中游及以上的学生家长,接受过高等教育的家长对教育教学的满意度明显低于中等教育程度及以下的家长,成绩差的学生家长对教师的满意度在受教育程度上的差异不明显。

| Abstract: | This study aimed to examine the level of parents'satisfaction with teachers and the variance of satisfaction in the light of the parents' education level,school quality and children's achievements using a questionnaire sampled 2234 parents in Beijing.The results indicated that 1) the level of parental satisfaction was high and the highest mean score of parents's atisfaction with teachers in five points scale was the relationship between teacher and student,pedagogy and extracurricular learning ranked the second and the third respectively.2) The higher of school quality,the higher of the parents' satisfaction with teachers.But there was difference depending on their children from elementary or secondary schools.3) The higher of parents'educational level,the lower of the parents'satisfaction with teachers.But there was difference depending on their children's academic achievements.For the parents whose children got high grades,the satisfaction of parents with high education was significantly lower than that of the parents with secondary education;however,there was no significant difference for the parents whose children had poor performance. |
