| 摘 要： | 我国作为一个发展中国家,有许多因素制约了可持续发展的实现,这些因素包括:人口因素、资源与能源因素、管理因素、政府行为因素、资金因素、伦理因素、教育因素等。在详细分析了各种制约因素的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
