| 摘 要： | 我国高等院校，受市场经济的冲击，在管理模式上，必须忙探索一种既适应“科教兴国总方针，又适应市场需要的先进的管理模式，为此，将ＩＳＯ９０００质量管理及质量体系理念、方法、手段、引到我国高等院校的管理中来，形成我国高等院校独具特色的质量管理体系，以适应经济发展和市场竞争的需要。
