| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内合金刀具的尺寸检测采用人工抽检所面临的检测结果不具客观性、无法保证产品质量的问题,结合工业现场的实际需求,融合精密光、机电及机器视觉技术,设计了国内首条全自动合金刀具尺寸检测系统。现场试用表明采用机器视觉的检测系统检测速度快,检测结果全面客观,保证了刀具品质的一致性,具有重大的工程实际应用价值。
