镧对汞胁迫下豌豆生长发育效应的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度镧对汞胁迫下的豌豆在种子萌发、幼苗生长、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及叶绿素(Chl)含量等方面的影响。结果表明,低浓度(小于0.02 mg/L)的镧能够促进汞胁迫下豌豆幼苗的生长,提高过氧化物酶(POD)的活性和叶绿素含量,缓解汞的毒害效应;但随着镧浓度的增大,镧对汞的缓解作用逐渐消失;当汞浓度大于20 mg/L、镧浓度为0.3 mg/L时,镧则协同汞发生作用,加剧对豌豆幼苗的毒害效应。

Abstract:We have studied the effect of the La in different concentration on the pea seeds germination rate,the growth of plants,the activity of isoenzyme and the chlorophyll content of seedling under Hg stress.The results show that low concentration La(less than 0.2 mg/L) can stimulate the growth of the pea seedling under the Hg stress,increase the activity of isoenzyme and chlorophyll content of seedling,can remittence the poisoning action of the Hg,but withthe advancement of the concentration of the La,the antagonistic action of the La to the Hg fade away.whenthe concentration of Hg was more than 20 mg/L and the concentration of the La came to 0.3mg/L,the La cooperate with the Hg to aggravate the poisoning action of the pea seedling.
