| 摘 要： | 丧服制度通过一系列严谨的行为规范,对家庭成员做了严格的角色定位、关系定位。从社会学的角度来观察,《仪礼.丧服》经中所记载的丧服制度构建了一整套父权制宗法伦理观念下的家庭亲属等级身份制度,成为儒家家庭伦理思想的载体。汉晋以来,儒家学者对丧服制度进行大量研究,试图利它来协调家庭成员之间的关系,构建稳定可控的家庭和家族秩序,以达到维护、稳定社会秩序的目的。唐代,随着家庭的规模和结构的基本定型,以父权制宗法等级制度为核心的家庭和家族制度逐渐成熟起来。

| Abstract: | The system of mourning apparel is not only something about funeral and mourning, it is also a system of careful behavior norm of family members. The confucianism classic work Propriety and Ceremony recorded the system, and the Confucianism scholars made many studies on it since Han Dynasty. Till Tang Dynasty, patriarchy family system was mature and prevalenting all above the traditional society. |
