摘    要:创新靠人才,人才靠创新教育,创新教育是实现新世纪教育目标的重要保证,是高师教育永恒的主题,实施高师创新教育,必须处理好继续与创新、专与博、主导与主体、共性与个性、学会与会学、归纳与演绎、创新与模仿、教学与科研等八个关系。

Abstract:To be creative relys on intellectual and intellectual depends on creative education. Creative education is the key point to realize the educational goal in the new century and the external theme for the education in teachers' colleges and universities. To implement the creative education in teachers' colleges and universities, eight relationships should be properly handled; they are: inheritance and creation, speciality and versatility, dominance and subject, universality and individuality, mastering and knowing how to learn, induction and deduction, creation and imitation, teaching and research.
