| 摘 要： | 从管理理论的历史发展入手，分析不同时期管理理论的特色，说明管理是一个复杂的过程，是一个随着时间、环境、背景、人员的不同而不同的函数。进入21世纪，创新成为管理的主旋律，而对东西方管理实践与管理理论的研究成果进行综合、创新、提高是实现管理飞跃发展的必由之路。
