| 摘 要： | 民族地区高等院校普通话推广存在的问题是：民族高校对推广普通话的任务认识不足，重视不够；民族地区的教师和学生的方言情结严重；学生对学习和推广普通话认识不足，学习普通话动机不纯、功利性太强；课程设置与普通话推广的长期性不匹配；教学方式和教材不能满足教学改革的需要。提出解决的对策是：进一步加大普通话推广的宣传力度：建章立制，构建普通话教学的长效机制；提高普通话教师教学水平；加大投入，完善普通话教学设备；重视普通话教材的研究开发工作；充分调动师生的热情，确保学习和训练的效果；充分利用第二课堂，巩固提高教学效果。
