| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的战略任务是一项内涵丰富外延广泛的复杂系统工程，追求的是社会的全面和谐、整体和谐与长期和谐。和谐社会建设需要协调好“生态环境一人一经济一社会”互为因果的多维关系，并使之达到最优化。要坚持生态公正与社会公正的辩证统一，以生态公正保证社会公正，以社会公正促进生态公正。

| Abstract: | The strategic task to construct socialist harmonious society is a complex system project filling with rich intension and wide extension, and purchasing social entire, integrated and long-term harmony. The constructions of harmonious society need to build a reciprocal causation multidimensional relation among ecological environment, human, economy and society, and made it optimized. Meanwhile, we should insist on the dialectical unity between ecological justice and social justice: the former guarantees the later, while the later promotes the former. |
