| Abstract: | The overall qualities of college library professionals should be improved as the college strives to improve the level of its education.It follows that the notions of life-long education,harmonious co-existence and talent training should be highlighted.Recruiting qualified talents and enhancing staff training should both be used so as to improve effectively the quality of librarians. |
