| 摘 要： | 当前侨务工作要以科学发展观为指导，在具有中国侨务文化理论特色的方针政策以及战略与策略的指引下，调动广大华侨华人参与祖国建设的积极性和主动性，凝聚侨心、汇集侨智、发挥侨力，大力推动海外华侨华人在祖国大陆的投资与合作，引进海外智力资源，积极发展科学技术与文化交流与合作，发展民族统一战线，促进祖国和平统一。

| Abstract: | The work concerning overseasChineseshould adhere to theScientific Outlook of Development,and should be done under the guidance of policy,guideline and strategy with the characteristics of Overseas Chinese Culture,encourage their enthusiasm and initiative for building a better motherland,strengthen their determination and commitment.The work should promote the investment and cooperation in motherland,introduce overseas intellectual resources,deepen the relation and collaboration in the fields of science and technology as well as culture,develop the United Front,and prompt the peaceful reunification of our motherland. |
