摘    要:教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,信息公开是实现教育公平的一个重要起点,而公平的基础又源于信任。信任危机频发催生了高校信息公开问责制,信任重建则需要高校信息公开问责制,问责制的落实与实施,对于提升社会对高校的信任,促进高校与社会之间的联系和互动,建立适合中国国情的现代大学制度具有积极意义。

A Credit-based Study of the Accountability System for College Information Publication

Abstract:Education equality is a keystone and a starting point of social equality,while social equality is based on credit.The high incidence of credit crises contributed to the birth of the accountability system for college information publication.Credit re-establishment calls for the accountability system for college information publication,and the institution and implementation of the system plays a positive role in raising the society’s trust level of colleges,improving the connection and interaction between colleges and the society,and developing a modern higher education system suited to China’s national conditions.
