智障儿童的德育更需“人本化”

摘    要:为使智障儿童能健康快乐地成长,毕业后能够成为适应社会生活、自食其力的劳动者,成为社会合格的公民。笔者认为,智障学校加强德育工作,必须坚持"以人为本",从智障儿童的心理特点出发,具体有效地开展德育工作。因此,笔者从德育管理机制、德育的内容、德育的活动、德育的评价四个方面来阐述智障儿童的德育更需"人本化"。

Abstract:To make children with mental retardation live happily,become qualifiers and adapt to the society,moral education should be strengthened.Human-based idea must be stuck to and work should be done effectively according to their mental features.The necessity of moral education for these children is discussed in aspects of management system,contents,activities and evaluation of moral education.
