| 摘 要： | 19世纪五六十年代 ,在镇压太平天国运动中崛起的湘军采用了一整套迥异于清代经制兵绿营制度的兵役制度 ,与其私属性、非经制性相适应的抚恤制度也显现出了一些不同于绿营制度的特点。这种独具特色的抚恤制度 ,对于激发湘军官兵的斗志 ,稳固军心 ,解除其官兵及家属的后顾之忧起到了积极作用

| Abstract: | In the 1850s and 1860s,Xiang Army which grew in putting down the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement adopted a system of military service which was completely different from that of the organic system of military service of the Qing Dynasty.The compensational system which suited its having the characteristics of being private and unorganic showed different characteristics from those of organic system.This unique compensational system played an active role in arousing the fighting spirit of soldiers of Xiang Army,stabilizing the Army and removing its officers and men and their families from the worries behind. |
