| 摘 要： | 随着现代中国城市规模的扩大和公共设施的增多,土地征收已不可避免,随之而来的土地征收矛盾日益增多。文章认为,正确处理土地征收矛盾的关键是要把握住公共利益和补偿问题,并对此进行了详尽的论述,以期对农村集体经济组织土地权益的保护有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of the cities,there are more public facilities.Land requisition is unavoidable though more conflicts come along.It is believed that the key problem in land requisition is the balancing of public interest and compensation.With detailed illustration and analysis,the paper tried to provided constructive directions in terms of protecting the interest of the country collective organization. |
