| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济是我国应对气候变暖、生态恶化等发展难题，加快发展方式转变，走可持续发展道路的必然选择。低碳经济的两个核心要素是技术和资金，而技术的引进和研发也需要资金支持，资金成为低碳经济发展的最核心要素。目前我国对低碳经济的投入还不足，未来实现产业低碳化还面临巨大的资金缺口，建设科学合理的低碳经济投融资体系，集聚发展资金，提高资金效率，其意义重大。

The Frame Design of the Investment and Finance System of Low-carbon Economy in China |

| Abstract: | Facing so many development issues,like the weather warming,environment exacerbating and so on,we should develop low-carbon economy.In order to carry out the transfer of development model and the sustainable development,we should develop low-carbon economy too.There are two core factors: technology and capital in the field of low-carbon economy,in which the most important factor is the capital.Today our country is lack of money to invest low-carbon economy.There exits a huge capital gap to promote the industry ahead low-carbon.It is far-reaching to build the investment and finance system of low-carbon economy which is good to gather development capital and improve the capital efficiency. |
