平面2DOF双轨并联机构实验平台的研制

摘    要:本文在介绍了平面2DOF双轨并联机构实验平台结构和功能的基础上,着重阐述了应用TMS320F2812-DSP芯片设计主控制器和用THB7128设计步进电机驱动器的方法,并详细介绍了上位机监控软件的功能和界面布局。监控计算机通过CAN-USB适配器和主控制器进行通信,构成主—从式控制网络,可以实现控制运动指令的解析和下载,还可以实时监控机构的运动轨迹。

Abstract:Based on describing the structure and function of planar 2DOF double tracks experimental parallel mechanism,this paper focus on the design method that apply for TMS320F2812-DSP chip to design the host controller and use of THB7128 to design step motor drive,and introduces in detail the SCADA software functionality and interface layout.Monitor computer through CAN-USB adapter and host controller to communicate,constituting the Host-Slave control networks that can achieve not only control of movement analysis and download instructions,but also the trajectory of real-time monitoring agency.
