学习支持服务学生满意度及个案问卷调查

摘    要:学习支持服务是远程开放教育教学的主要过程,是远程教育质量保证的一个重要因素已经被远程教育界认为是所有开放大学成功的关键。及时进行学习支持服务满意度调查是监控远程开放教育教学质量最有效的手段之一。但目前国内开展学习支持服务学生满意度调查还没有起步,更没有纳入常态教学质量监控。本文结合个案问卷调查,对远程开放教育学习支持服务学生满意度调查进行了尝试,对相关的概念、评价指标、期待学生的评价、问卷调查中应注意的问题等进行了进一步的探讨,以期作为一种监控教学质量的常态手段。

Abstract:Learning support service is the main process of open and distance education and it is an important factor for its quality assurance. It has been accepted as a critical key to success in all open universities and therefore, the quality of open and distance education depends on constant survey of learning support satisfaction. However, it has not yet started domestically, let alone be used as a usual monitoring process. Based on the some case analysis, the article tries to explore the method of survey of learning support satisfaction in open and distance education through discussing related conceptions, evaluation standard, expectation from the student and questions concerned.
