| 摘 要： | 随着现代城市化进程加快以及社会经济活动频繁,广西首府南宁市饮食文化也日益发达,各式餐馆组成了丰富多彩的城市饮食文化景观。南宁城市饮食文化的包容性很强,外来菜式特别是粤、川、湘等地菜式占主流,其中又以粤菜独占鳌头。广西本地菜式发展亦很迅速,桂北菜、桂南菜各领风骚。这些类型各异、规模不同的餐饮,充分展现了南宁包容性极强的饮食文化心态。

| Abstract: | With the ra pid development of the modern urbanization and high frequency of social economic activities,the catering culture of Nanning becomes increasingly thriving.Restaurants of various styles constitute colorful urban catering cultural landscapes.Urban catering cultural landscape in Nanning is highly inclusive.Exotic cuisines,especially Cantonese cuisine,Sichuan cuisine,Hunan cuisine and so on are dominated ones,among which Cantonese cuisine is the most popular.More over,the local cuisines of Guangxi develop very quickly,and cuisines from north and south Guangxi both have their own particularities and charms.Those cuisines of different styles and flavors represent the highly inclusive catering culture of Nanning. |
