| 摘 要： | 传统的高职院校财务管理课程教学存在诸多不足。基于契约理论的视角,提出新形势下高职高专财务管理课程教学改革的设想:教师要端正教学态度,激发学生的学习热情;课堂教学设计着眼于"讲、练、干",启发学生自主学习;探索"以学生为中心,以需求为动因"的"发现式"、"探究式"理论教学模式,以提高财务管理课程的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Due to many deficiencies in Financial Management teaching in vocational colleges,the article presents a conception for Financial Management teaching reform in vocational colleges based on contract theory.Namely,teachers are expected to foster the right teaching attitude to arouse students' learning enthusiasm.The focus of classroom teaching should be on lecturing,practicing and hands-on work so as to inspire students' autonomous learning.Efforts should be made to explore student-oriented,need-motivated,discovery and enquiry-based theoretical teaching model in an attempt to improve teaching effects of Financial Management Course in vocational colleges. |
