| 摘 要： | 宗族具有悠久的生命力,作为前近代中国乡村社会的基本构成单位之一一直存在下来。因此不能否认宗族作为乡村社会运营中的重要因素而发挥作用这一点。明清时代的乡村组织里甲、保甲、乡约等也和宗族有着密切的关系。但是迄今为止的乡村社会研究中对宗族和乡村社会组织关系的研究还没有充分进行。文章通过分析明隆庆六年(1572)徽州祁门县文堂陈氏所施行的《文堂陈氏乡约家法》,试图发现乡约与宗族之间的复杂关系。

| Abstract: | As one of the basic component units of the rural society in pre - contemporary China, patriarchal clans, with a long history of great vitality, have existed up to the present time. Of course, it cannot be denied that patriarchal clans play proper functions as an important factor in management of the rural society in China. The rural organizations such as Jia (Each Jia consisted of ten households) and Baojia (Each Bao comprised ten Jia. ) , as well as township rules and regulations, in both Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty were closely related to the patriarchal clans. But, the studies or researches on China's rural society conducted so far have not made adequate discussions of the intricate relations between the rural social organizations and the patriarchal clans. By analyzing The Township Rules and Household Regulations Valid for Chen Clan in Wentang, which Chen Clan in Wentang of Qimen County of Huizhou District adopted and started to carry out in 1572, this paper attempts to find out the complicated relations between township rules and patriarchal clans. |
