注重呼吸教学对提高高校女生游泳课教学质量的研究

摘    要:通过对湛江海洋大学水产学院2000届2个班、2001届2个班,共四个班96名女学生8个学时游泳课教学,对游泳水平进行测试、分析、研究.实践证明,注重呼吸教学能有效地提高女生游泳的教学质量,取得显著效果.

Abstract:Through 8 class hours' swimming teaching on 96 female students of total 4 classes, 2 classes of grade 2000 and 2 classes of grade 2001, at Fishery College of Zhanjiang Ocean University and then, testing, analyzing and studying their swimming level, it can be proved that it can efficiently improve female students' teaching quality of swimming and get an obvious effect to attach importance to breathing teaching.
