| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯独立以后,经过十多年的发展演变,多党制的架构已经基本建立起来,政党的角色功能以及法律地位不断得到规范,政党之间的力量格局也逐渐清晰.经过五次议会大选、五次总统选举和一系列政治斗争的磨练,纷繁杂乱、无序的政党活动正在走向集中化、规范化、有序化,尤其是普京上台后对政党制度进行了改革,政党竞争模式由"极端多元主义"向"适度多元主义"转变.随着第五届杜马选举的尘埃落地和第三任总统梅德韦杰夫的上台和普京出任俄罗斯总理,俄罗斯将进入一个崭新的政治建设时期.与此同时,相比较前四次总统选举,俄罗斯政党在2008年的总统选举中所发挥的作用,有了明显的变化.
