| 摘 要： | 有效规避在正版化过程中出现的软件合规使用风险，使软件使用方能够提前了解软件正版化使用状况，并采取应对措施，可有效避免企业使用安全风险和侵权风险。以湖北中烟为例，基于软件许可证提取技术和软件特征分析技术探究正版化软件管理系统应用，对所有软件使用状态和行为进行追踪、甄别、评估和管控。通过系统应用，全面盘点现有软件，对不合规软件使用行为进行告警，并按照制度加以处理。通过研究可提高正版软件使用意识，实现降低软件资产采购成本、运维成本以及规避软件版权与信息安全风险等软件资产管理目标。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively avoid the risk of software compliance in the process of legalization，software users can therefore understand the status of software legalization in advance and take countermeasures to help enterprises effectively avoid security risks and infringement risks. Through the research and application of software license extraction technology and software feature analysis technology，we can track，screen，evaluate and control all software usage and behavior. Through the application of the system，a comprehensive inventory of the existing software was carried out，and the use of non-conforming software was alarmed and implemented according to the system. This reaserch improves the awareness of using genuine software，and achieve the objectives of software asset management，such as reducing the purchase cost，operation and maintenance cost of software assets，and avoiding the risks of software copyright and information security. |
